Job description

Registered Nurse

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking registered nurses to join our growing teams at our Troy and Macomb, MI surgery center. Staff is required to travel between center sites depending on scheduling need. If you're looking to transition from the demands of traditional hospital nursing while continuing to provide exceptional patient care, our outpatient endoscopy center offers the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients and identifying healthcare needs
  • Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized nursing care plans
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
  • Monitoring and caring for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery
  • Obtaining and reviewing pertinent patient history during the admission process
  • Educating and supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey
  • Serving as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience

We're looking for an RN who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications include:

  • Current Michigan registered nurse (RN) license
  • Clinical or hospital nursing experience required
  • Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
