POSITION PROILE:

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join the Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. team. As Sales Manager you will help grow and expand the Pinnacle brand into the Detroit MI market. At it's core this is a Producing role. In addition to managing their own book of business the Sales Manager will help the growth, operation and profitability of the assigned region. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving loan production, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence and team collaboration. Whether clients are purchasing their dream home, refinancing an existing loan, or consolidating debt, you and your team will leverage your expertise to find the right loan program at the lowest rates available in their area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Originate Loan Application through referral sources
  • Increase loan production of the region, in alignment with corporate objectives and targets
  • Develop, support, train and mentor a team of loan officers
  • Facilitate on-going training sessions for Loan Officers and other branch personnel
  • Review score cards and production reports, identify areas for improvement to optimize business performance
  • Monitor and develop KPI's for team
  • Educate team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions to best serve their customers
  • Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures as well as compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to your team
  • Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Michigan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred.
  • NMLS licensing as required.
