Job description

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel running at its best. In this role, you'll perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure our facilities remain safe, comfortable, and operating efficiently for our guests and team.

No Experience? No Problem!

No maintenance experience is required. We provide complete hands-on training and will teach you everything you need to know to be successful. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude, we'll help you develop the skills needed to build a rewarding career in hotel maintenance.

Compensation:

$16 - $16.25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Record when any equipment was serviced, and repairs were made
  • Execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as PTAC units and plumbing fixtures to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
  • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls, and perform necessary repairs
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
  • Cleaning and maintaining both the inside and outside of the hotel
  • Clean and properly maintain the indoor pool and hot tub

Qualifications:
  • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
  • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
