This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from any location with internet access, thus offering flexibility in your schedule and work-life balance. You will primarily engage with clients through secure teletherapy platforms, which allow for effective and confidential communication. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address varying psychological and emotional challenges.
• Engage in regular case consultations with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care for clients.
• Document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and training sessions to enhance personal and professional skills, keeping current with emerging trends in mental health.
• Maintain ethical standards of practice, ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele comprising children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. By employing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will address their unique circumstances and foster pathways to recovery and growth. Your contributions will specifically focus on enhancing client resilience and empowering them to navigate their challenges effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted LPCC license in California, allowing for independent practice.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services autonomously; previous work in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a strong empathetic nature to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy software.

• Prior experience working with specific populations, such as children or trauma survivors, is advantageous.
• Experience integrating holistic and culturally sensitive practices into therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is beneficial.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, determined by experience, qualifications, and caseload.
