Job description

Your Role
The Assistant Designer will work with the Graphics Team on product graphics across all categories.
Your Impact
  • Supports the Graphics Manager + Graphics Team in the creation of brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy.

  • Create seasonal graphics / illustrations from concept to execution for all categories and special product launches.

  • Mine for innovation in new graphic techniques at initial stages of seasonal development.

  • Use seasonal color palettes in graphic concepts to effectively provide color direction for cross functional partners.

  • Assist Print team with creating seasonal assets for prints and patterns.

  • Maintain organization of seasonal graphic files.

  • Create and edit presentations for seasonal concepts and special projects.

  • Partner with Design, Print Stylists, and Graphic Technologist teams to prepare graphics for production.

  • Understand the Pink visual DNA and use of graphic assets as it relates to product.

  • Local shopping trips and campus visits.

Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Illustration or equivalent experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CC programs for Mac OS including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Procreate/ Clo are a plus.

  • Strong typography and illustrations skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and digital communication skills.

  • Knowledge of the Pink brand and customer.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and agility to ensure deadlines are met

  • Highly detail oriented, and able to manage large amounts of critical design tools to ensure product accuracy.
