Overview
Residential HVAC Lead Installer
Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Northwest, known for our iconic pink trucks and our people-first culture. We're built on craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork-and we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer ready to take the next step in their career. We are under new management and are locally owned and vet operated.
What You'll Do
  • Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and code-compliant installations
  • Work closely with installers and apprentices to maintain efficiency and safety
  • Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
  • Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • 3 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
  • Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
