The Role
This is more than plumbingits about bringing the 1-Tom brand experience to life at every doorstep. Youll be both a trusted advisor and a skilled technician, guiding clients through a process of diagnostics, solutions, and service. Every interaction is a chance to build relationships, generate revenue, and deliver peace of mind.
In your first 12 months, youll focus on:
  • Delivering 5 Star client experiences by combining technical expertise, your authentic personality, and our proven processes.
  • Diagnosing, recommending, and selling solutions that empower clients to make confident, well-informed choices.
  • Hitting revenue goals, consistently producing a minimum of $35,000 in sales per month.
  • Participating in the after-hours on-call rotation, responding quickly to urgent plumbing emergencies.
  • Maximizing daily opportunities through clear communication with the operations and dispatch teams.
  • Caring for your tools and truck, ensuring equipment is clean, maintained, and ready for action.

Pay Rate: This position has a training rate of $30 per hour. After successful completion of the training program, the plumber will graduate into a full-service technician running his/her own truck. They will then be eligible for an increase in the base rate as well as bonuses and incentives.
