ARE YOU A LEADER WHO KNOWS HOW TO DELIVER AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE?
Pink Zebra Moving is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Manager who can lead a moving crew, take ownership of each job, and make sure our customers receive an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
This is more than a mover position. You will be the leader on the job.

We're looking for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute at a high level even in a fast-paced environment.
This position will begin part-time with the goal of developing the right person into a full-time leadership position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Team Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a moving crew during customer moves
• Set the standard for professionalism and customer service
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout their move
• Make sure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and correctly
• Keep the crew organized, productive, and on schedule
• Perform walkthroughs and ensure customer expectations are understood
• Protect customers' homes, furniture, and belongings
• Handle problems professionally and find solutions when challenges arise
• Ensure Pink Zebra Moving's service standards are followed on every job
• Help train and develop other team members
• Work alongside the crew when necessary to get the job done

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate:

• Has high-level customer service experience
• Has experience leading or managing people
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can execute instructions consistently at a high level
• Is confident communicating with customers
• Is punctual, dependable, and professional
• Is comfortable holding team members accountable
• Works well under pressure
• Wants an opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role

Moving experience is preferred but not required.

Driving/box truck experience is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must have reliable transportation to our dispatch area
• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Must be able to successfully complete a nationwide criminal background check
• Drug screening may be required

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
$20–$25 per hour based on experience and leadership ability.

This position starts part-time, but our goal is to find someone who can prove themselves as a leader and grow into a full-time Team Manager position with Pink Zebra Moving.
