What You'll Do (The Role):

  1. Lead the Crew: Lead a 2-3 person moving team by example, ensuring every job is completed to Pink Zebra's high standards of safety and professionalism.
  2. Be the Face of the Company: Act as the main point of contact for our customers on moving day, conducting pre-move walkthroughs, listening to their needs, and ensuring they have a positive, stress-free experience.
  3. Drive with Care: Safely operate a 26-foot box truck, adhering to all DOT regulations and traffic laws.
  4. Be a Hands-On Mover: Work alongside your team to safely and efficiently pad, wrap, pack, lift, and move furniture and boxes.
  5. Finalize the Job: Professionally handle the final walkthrough, collect payment, and ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.
