Toll Brothers , America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

The Design Studio Digital Merchandising Specialist provides ongoing content management, quality control and analysis to elevate digital product assortment experience across customer-facing platforms. This position reports to Director, Design Studio Digital CX and is responsible for driving digital content consistency, bridging EnterpriseOne (E1) and Product Information Management (PIM) tool data. Sitecore PCM is the PIM system and serves as the central system for organizing, enriching, and publishing product content across digital tools. This position works closely with other departments including National Purchasing, Customer Experience, and Marketing Operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in digital merchandising within retail e-commerce organizations.

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Maintain and enrich product data including images, names, categories, attributes, and descriptions using Sitecore PIM to power digital customer experiences.
  • Refine and implement naming conventions, image standards, and categorization rules to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all digital tools.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance and data validation to maintain structure and consistency between E1, Sitecore PIM tool, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Develop detailed reviews, analysis and reporting of category, option and manufacturer data in visualizer, customer portal, selection tool and other digital tools as needed.
  • Source and manage high-quality product images, videos, and descriptions from manufacturers in collaboration with National Purchasing.
  • Partner with Design Studio Director of Product to manage product performance, understand sales trends and data insights, and identify areas of opportunity and areas of strength.
  • Implement assortment changes and ensure accurate and timely updates across all digital touchpoints.
