The starting wage for this role will be between $85,000 and $105,000 per year to commensurate with experience. Our daily per diem allowance is $35 with lodging administered by company and will be paid according to policy guidelines.
Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations at job site, to include:
Work together with Superintendent on a daily basis to communicate production goals and quality specifications of work, discuss concerns that have surfaced (around people, resources and methods, material or equipment use, extra or out of scope work), and ideas to help the team achieve project goals.
Participate in planning resources and methods for bridge project.
Monitor and manage crew productivity. Ensure ongoing efforts are made to improve productivity.
Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Enforce company safety policies and ensure industry safety regulations are adhered to.
Exercise proper care, maintenance, and operation of company equipment.
Knowledgeable on plans and specifications.
