Mustang Cat is hiring an experienced Heavy Truck Driver in Southwest Houston, to support the safe transport of heavy and light construction rental equipment. In this critical role, youโ€™ll help ensure Mustangโ€™s equipment reaches customer job sites and branch locations safely, efficiently, and on time.

If you have a Class A CDL, experience with flatbed or rollback trucks, and enjoy hauling equipment in a stable, growth-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

What Youโ€™ll Do as a Heavy Truck Driver:

As a Construction Equipment Hauler, youโ€™ll be responsible for transporting Caterpillar and allied equipment to customers and Mustang branches. Youโ€™ll ensure that loads are safely secured, deliveries are accurate, and all DOT compliance is met. Responsibilities include:

ย ย ย ย โ€ข Load, chain, and unload various types of heavy and light construction equipment
ย ย ย ย โ€ข Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
ย ย ย ย โ€ข Maintain truck cleanliness (interior and exterior) and complete inspection logs
ย ย ย ย โ€ข Accurately maintain DOT driver logs and required documentation
ย ย ย ย โ€ข Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pick-ups
ย ย ย ย โ€ข Follow all Mustang Cat and DOT safety policies

Requirements:
