Job description

JETSET Pilates Alpharetta is a luxury reformer Pilates studio known for our elevated client experience, high-energy classes, and tight-knit community. We are looking for a driven, personable Studio Sales Specialist to own our membership growth and client acquisition strategy. This is a part-time role with a hybrid structure — approximately 5 hours per week in studio, with the remainder focused on outreach, follow-up, and sales activity.
Compensation
Competitive base pay + commission structure based on membership conversions and sales performance. Details discussed during interview.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and consultative selling
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective members via phone, text, email, and DMs
• Convert trial clients and class pack users into recurring memberships
• Conduct in-studio meet-and-greets and tours to create a warm, premium first impression
• Track and report on KPIs including close rates, lead sources, and conversion timelines
• Collaborate with ownership on promotional campaigns, referral programs, and local marketing initiatives
• Represent JETSET at community events, pop-ups, and partner activations
• Maintain accurate client records and lead data within our CRM
• Support retention efforts by staying connected with at-risk or lapsed members
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or luxury services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable with CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance reporting
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and community
• Experience with boutique fitness, med spa, or high-touch client environments is a strong plus
