Position Overview - Positions available in Savannah, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island

We are seeking energetic, certified, and inspiring Pilates Instructors to lead dynamic group classes (Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Center + Balance, Suspend, and Control) as well as private training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engaging Classes: Teach high-energy, safe, and effective group Reformer classes for up to 12 members across various skill levels (Level 1 to 2.5).
  • Provide Modifications: Offer verbal cues, physical adjustments, and modifications or progressions to accommodate different fitness levels, injuries, and special populations.
  • Build Member Connections: Retain members by creating a fun, encouraging, and supportive studio culture.
  • Equipment Safety: Ensure all apparatus (Reformers, Springboards, EXO Chairs, TRX, Barrels) are utilized safely and wiped down after class.
  • Support Studio Growth: Assist in converting Intro Class participants into loyal, ongoing members.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 400–500 hours completed or currently in progress through an accredited program like Club Pilates Teacher Training, Balanced Body, Peak, Romana’s, Stott, etc.).
  • Experience teaching group apparatus/reformer classes preferred.
  • Active CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
  • Exceptional knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe movement practices.
  • Warm, reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping clients reach their health and wellness goals.
