Position Summary: Assisting the Site Manager in the immediate responsibility for the pig care, weekend and holiday chore rotation, load in/out, power washing, & maintenance at Passel Farms managed facilities.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Accurate & timely feed ordering
  2. Following protocols & procedures set by the Site and Service Manager
  3. Ensuring proper environment for pig health & performance
  4. Administration of medications, vaccinations, and supplies
  5. Regular cleaning and organization of office area
  6. Assist with maintenance, site care, and manure control
  7. Maintain and update all records as required and meet all deadlines
  8. Immediate response to alarm conditions
  9. Power washing & disinfecting between groups including the loading chutes.
  10. Timely completion of the minimum Grow/Finish expectations list.
  11. Prioritization of workload.

Requirements

Valid Driver License required with satisfactory MVR. Company vehicle assigned. Must abide by company vehicle use and driving policies.
