The role will report jointly into the Cadex Global Chief Financial Officer and the EVP/General Manager CIR Primary job duties:   \tPrepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year for key clients.   \tCollaborate with Accounting Team to ensure alignment between actuals and planned results.  \tAide in the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable commentary.  \tServe as a trusted finance partner to department heads, providing analytical support for strategic initiatives, headcount planning, and investment decisions.  \tDrive continuous improvements of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure to drive efficiency and scalability.  \tEnsure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization and all federal, state, and local regulations; maintain books and records in compliance with GAAP.  Secondary job duties:   \t \tMaintain an adequate internal accounting control environment and ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization and all federal, state, and local regulations.  \t \t \tProtect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing sound internal controls.  \t \t \tProvide status of financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting and reporting key financial data.  \t \t \tMaintain 100% confidentiality unless legal requirements apply.  \t \t \tContinuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas.  \t \t \tFoster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions.  \t \t \tAssist in Finance and Accounting ad-hoc project work as required.  \t \t \tAct as backup to other members of the Finance and Accounting Department  \t \t \tMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with  \t Other job duties: This position will perform other duties as requested.
