The Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine @ Atrium Health Levine Children's is actively seeking a full-time Pediatric Intensive Care Physician to join our well-established and growing team of providers in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Charlotte, NC. The Pediatric Critical Care Division expanded into our brand-new state-of-the-art 24 bed PICU at the end of 2024. The PICU team is staffed with highly skilled dedicated pediatric intensivists and pediatric advance practice providers (APPs). 

Job Summary

The Pediatric Intensivist responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to all patients in the PICU in collaboration with the PICU APP and resident teams, rounding twice daily and providing minute by minute acute management of pediatric critically ill patients in a 24/7 in-house coverage model. Weekends, nights and holiday rotation required. Schedule is very conducive to providing work-life balance.
