Job description

  • Coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations
  • Monitor pickup SLA performance and follow up on delayed or failed pickups
  • Communicate with drivers and customers regarding pickup status and operational updates
  • Support pickup operations for large-volume and key account customers
  • Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions
  • Assist with pickup route optimization and operational efficiency improvements
  • Track and maintain pickup operational records and KPI reports
  • Support pickup cost tracking and operational data analysis
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Assist with peak season operational support and capacity coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
