Applicants will remain in the pool for 12 months Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS in accordance with Title 5, Section 53412, Minimum Qualifications for Instructors of Noncredit Courses: Any bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years of occupational experience, or any associate degree and six (6) years of occupational experience, OR the equivalent

Must have sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students To obtain equivalency a minimum fifteen (15) years work experience in the field is required. Mastery of skills in the vocation must be shown and provided in your application. Additionally, a combination of coursework and experience in the field may be combined to meet the minimum qualifications through equivalency.
