Job description


We're looking for an organized, customer-obsessed Retail Store Associate to run the day-to-day operations of Pickle's Wynwood retail location.
This is a highly independent role. You'll be the face of Pickle in Miami, helping customers find the perfect outfits, managing inventory, uploading new inventory to the app, preparing rentals for pickup and shipping, and ensuring the store runs smoothly every day.
We're looking for someone who is incredibly organized, proactive, personable, and loves fashion. The ideal candidate is already familiar with Pickle (ideally an active user!), thrives working independently, and enjoys creating a seamless experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Location: Wynwood, Miami
Store Hours
  • Wednesday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: $18/hour

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of retail, customer service, hospitality, or operations experience OR 1+ year as an active Pickle lender
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily operations
  • Passion for fashion and styling
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new software
  • Current Pickle user (or excited to become one!)
  • Must have access to a reliable car for daily post office runs
  • Able to lift and move clothing racks, boxes, and packages as needed
  • Available to work weekends
Responsibilities
  • Open and close the retail store each day
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by welcoming shoppers, answering questions, and helping customers find pieces they'll love
  • Manage all rental pickups, returns, and exchanges
  • Upload new inventory to the Pickle platform, ensuring listings are accurate and high quality
  • Organize and maintain inventory so pieces are easy to locate and rental-ready
  • Package and ship daily orders, including making a daily trip to the post office
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly, both in-store and digitally
  • Inspect returned items and coordinate cleaning or maintenance when needed
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Track operational tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support in-store events, including sourcing partners, completing setup and tear-down (note: occasionally this may require additional hours)
