Picking Associates may also assist with packing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.

What are some common challenges faced by Picking Associates and how can they be managed effectively?

Picking Associates often work in fast-paced warehouse environments where accuracy and speed are essential. Common challenges include handling large volumes of orders, navigating warehouse layouts efficiently, and minimizing picking errors. Staying organized and maintaining attention to detail are also key to success in this role.
