We are looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in managing inventory, optimizing workflows, and supporting the logistics team to meet company goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of products.
  • Ensure proper organization and storage of goods to maximize space, reduce inventory errors, and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is maintained at appropriate levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
2. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise, lead, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory logs, shipping documentation, and safety inspections.
  • Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and any operational issues.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding warehouse operations and any challenges or improvements.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
