NPW is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse family! With over fifty years of selling both traditional and performance parts, NPW is at the forefront of its industry.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to; shipping and receiving, loading and unloading product orders, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.


Requirements:

Punctuality and consistent attendance a MUST!

Self-motivated, takes initiative

Detail Oriented

Basic computer skills

Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor

Work independently with little to no supervision

Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines

Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!

Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience


Responsibilities:

Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error and safety mishaps

Able to assist with basic customer service

Perform time sensitive tasks with little or no supervision

Ability to prioritize workload with little or no supervision

Ability to navigate through multiple systems and websites when completing tasks

Experience using handheld Scanner and relevant software to maintain accurate shipments

Attention to detail and high accuracy rate

Ability to resolve basic escalation issues within assigned department

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Must be able to assist customers who come to pick up orders

Process and invoice purchase orders

Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

Power Equipment experience a must.


Physical Requirements:

Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs

Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps

Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
