Job description

Job Title: Inventory Associate A-shift Monday - Friday, 6am - 3:30pm Location: Kent, WA Type: Contract / On-site Compensation: $35 per hour

Responsibilities • Perform a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials • Ensure accurate inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Organize and store products in designated locations • Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers • Load and unload trucks and containers • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations • Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Requirements • Experience in fulfillment operations, specifically inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years of experience and companies if available) • Experience receiving or shipping inventory, including receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, or shipping • Willingness to drive a forklift with training • Ability to lift 50 lbs • No specific skills, education, licenses, certifications, or computer knowledge specified in the data provided
