Order Picker / Packager


We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pick/Pack Specialist to join our warehouse team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, this temp-to-hire opportunity is for you.


Shift Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and prepare products for shipment as specified by individual customer orders.
  • Package all items securely in accordance with division policies and shipping procedures.
  • Ensure the complete and accurate processing of all outbound products to prevent delivery errors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Perform miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precise order fulfillment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
