Job description

Position Overview

Johnstone Supply of SEWI is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our Oak Creek team. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with direct customer interaction through local deliveries. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional presence on the road.

Key Responsibilities

· Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accurate documentation.

· Logistics: Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.

· Deliveries: Safely deliver products to customer locations, following all road regulations and company procedures.

· Inventory Management: Receive incoming inventory, verify packing slips, and assist in rotating and restocking the warehouse and showroom.

· Back-up Route Support: Act as the primary back-up driver for the second shift route as needed.

Schedule & Hours

· Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

· Rotational Shift: Periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Menomonee Falls location.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Driving Experience: Proven experience operating cargo vans and 16' / 18' / 26' box trucks.

· Driving Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid, non-probationary driver’s license and no major moving violations within the last 5 years.

· Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy packages (minimum 50 lbs) and remain on your feet for extended periods.

· Technical Skills: Experience with inventory tracking systems and GPS navigation.

· Equipment: Skilled in using forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
