Entry-Level Assembly & Fulfillment Associate

Location: Germantown, WI (with travel to Jackson, WI as needed)
Schedule: Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week (4 x 10-Hour Shifts)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Assembly & Fulfillment Associates. These positions will serve as the first production employees supporting our new Germantown operation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or build a career in manufacturing, warehouse operations, and production.

Associates will be responsible for assembling products, fulfilling customer orders, packaging materials, and supporting warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner. When production demands are reduced at the Germantown location, employees will travel to our Jackson facility to complete their scheduled workweek, assisting with corrugated packaging production and related manufacturing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and packaging components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate and safely use a variety of warehouse and hand tools, including:
    • Tape dispensers
    • Box cutters and utility knives
    • Hand-held scanners
    • Staplers and carton sealing equipment
    • Measuring devices and quality inspection tools
    • Pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided)
  • Build and prepare shipping cartons, displays, and packaging materials.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management activities.
  • Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
  • Assist with general warehouse, fulfillment, and production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.
