Job description

Job Summary
- Execute warehousing activities for both incoming and outgoing goods.
- Receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse.
- Perform various warehousing operations including picking, packing, storage, replenishment, loading, and dispatching.
- Maintain accurate and complete data in the ERP (SxE) system.
- Pick, pack, and pull orders as per customer or work orders.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks (training provided if needed).
- Work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, with rare overtime; temp-to-hire position.
- Work in a heated warehouse (no AC in summer), with some air-conditioned storeroom tasks.
- Wear steel toe shoes at all times.
- Unload, receive, and put away incoming goods; check for damages and discrepancies.
- Sort, label, move, and store goods efficiently to optimize warehouse space.
- Weigh or count items to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards.
- Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods using pick sheets (paper or electronic).
- Load trucks for delivery; secure freight to prevent damage.
- Consolidate freight, verify shipping methods, and communicate with carriers as needed.
- Enter and retrieve data in computerized systems for inventory and shipping records.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and performing inventory counts.
- Follow warehouse safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
