Warehouse Associate
Position Title: Warehouse Associate/Line Operator II
Department: Warehouse & Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits.
  • Maintain organized storage locations and ensure products are properly labeled.
  • Load and unload trucks while following all safety procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
