Warehouse / Shipping Associate

Lenexa, KS | Full‑Time | On‑Site SpectraGraphics Inc.

SpectraGraphics Inc. is a custom label and tag converter located in Lenexa, KS. For more than 50 years, we’ve delivered high‑quality printed products, competitive pricing, and unmatched customer service to a diverse range of clients. We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse / Shipping Associate to support daily operations within our climate‑controlled facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates well with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and stock inbound shipments
  • Maintain organized inventory to ensure product availability forcustomer orders
  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with accuracy in both productand paperwork
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
  • Keep warehouse space clean, organized, and efficiently utilized
  • Support interdepartmental tasks including set‑up, tear‑down,and special projects
  • Communicate order status with customer service and clients as needed
