FORSHAW is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at the Kansas City branch. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your goal will be to deliver delightful customer service by processing orders correctly and efficiently in ways that align with FORSHAW's Mission, Vision, and Values.


The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of pick, pack, and shipping accuracy; and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. You must have a high attention to detail and be a strong team player to succeed in this role.


FORSHAW is a third-generation, family-owned and operated national pest control distribution company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. We have eleven offices strategically located throughout the U.S. providing exceptional, hands-on service to our customers. Founded in 1961, FORSHAW is recognized as an industry leader that provides strategic solutions to help both our customers and vendor protect public health.


This position follows a Monday-Friday, first-shift schedule and is based on-site at our Kansas City location.

Requirements

  • Pick, pack, and ship products using LTL carriers and UPS
  • Manage inventory placement, counts, and general upkeep
  • Maintain accurate delivery and shipping documentation
  • Communicate order and delivery information with customers as needed
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with OSHA regulations
  • Support Customer Service and Sales teams with incoming orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes
