Job description


Parts Picker
OPEX Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Parts Picker to work at our Moorestown, NJ facility. We are looking for a worker who can commit to a full-time schedule during our day shift. The worker will mainly be responsible for picking orders and preparing items for shipment, along with assisting with other warehouse operations. This is a temporary to direct hire position.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Pick parts orders for internal and external customers
  • Prepare boxes and skids for proper shipping
  • Loading and unloading trucks as needed
  • Perform material cycle count when needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 years' experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment strongly preferred
  • Material handling equipment operation experience is strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills a plus
  • Work in a team environment and detail oriented

Physical/Work Environments
  • Worker will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Worker must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Worker must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, reaching forward will occur on the job
