What You’ll Do

As a Litigation Paralegal at Bader Law, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys through all phases of the litigation process. From preparing legal documents to managing case files and deadlines, your work will help ensure that each client receives the best possible outcome.


Case Preparation & Management:

  • Draft legal pleadings, discovery documents, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery, including Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
  • Manage all aspects of a file from the moment it enters litigation through resolution.
  • Schedule meetings and depositions with lay and expert witnesses, including in multi-party cases.
  • Review and summarize depositions and medical records.
  • Draft Complaints and assist in trial preparation.

Client and Court Communication:

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, courts, witnesses, and all involved parties.
  • Provide regular case updates to clients and ensure their questions are addressed with empathy and accuracy.

Administrative and Legal Support:

  • Record time entries for all daily tasks and understand client billing guidelines.
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and appointments.
  • Perform legal research using web-based research platforms.

  • 2+ years of litigation and personal injury experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with time tracking and billing practices.
  • Advanced legal writing, drafting, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal teams.
  • Familiarity with medical records review and summarization.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
