With a patient volume averaging about 2 patients per hour, our therapists enjoy a manageable caseload that allows for personalized attention and comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients within 24 hours of physician referral, ensuring timely and efficient care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, obtaining any necessary approvals from referring physicians.
• Administer treatment in accordance with established protocols and physician directives, while also supervising Physical Therapy Assistants engaged in patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress, including daily treatment notes, evaluations, and recertifications, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in effective communication with patients' families, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate in-service training for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest methodologies in patient care and rehabilitation.
• Participate in discharge planning, preparing patients and their families for a seamless transition out of therapy services.
• Recommend and coordinate the ordering of necessary durable medical equipment to promote patient independence.
• Address any equipment maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safest and most effective use of tools.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our focus is to empower patients of all ages to restore mobility and functionality, allowing them to return to their daily activities with confidence. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and overall satisfaction levels.

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida State Licensure (PTA) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, with a focus on exercise therapy, manual therapies, and sports rehabilitation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine passion for providing quality patient care.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
