Job description

Physician Liaison

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Physician Liaison to join our team. Facilitates and develops relationships between hospitals, physicians, medical groups, clinical leaders, and other healthcare providers within assigned territories. Routinely and directly engages physicians, practice leaders, hospital administrators, and other clinical leaders to promote HSHS programs, services, physicians, and clinical capabilities. Serves as a liaison between HSHS and community providers to strengthen referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, address service and access barriers, and improve the overall provider experience. Develops and executes territory outreach strategies that support organizational growth objectives, service-line utilization, continuity of care, and provider engagement. Success in this role is measured through physician engagement activities, relationship development, territory management, and contribution to market growth objectives.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare sales, physician relations, business development, marketing, provider outreach, relationship management, clinical practice, or a related healthcare field is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
