Summary:
Located in North Raleigh, UNC Family Medicine at Wakefield cares for the entire family. Our team of board-certified physicians, advanced practice providers and staff are committed to having a healthy partnership with you and your family. Our philosophy in practicing internal medicine and pediatrics involves a close partnership with our patients to promote a healthy lifestyle. Position Qualifications:
  • Family Medicine APP
  • Licensed in North Carolina

โ€ข Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
โ€ข Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
โ€ข Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
