Our rehabilitation center offers an inviting and well-equipped setting for therapy, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and technology to enhance patient treatment. The clinic is designed to maximize patient comfort and convenience, with dedicated areas for individual therapy as well as group sessions. Our daily operations run Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent and structured work schedule conducive to work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional ability, limitations, and goals, utilizing comprehensive assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, incorporating various therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Provide hands-on therapy and targeted interventions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term wellness practices to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Document patient progress regularly in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring thorough and accurate records for billing and treatment continuity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients, contributing to case discussions and team meetings.

At Adamson Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals suffering from chronic pain. Our focus is on outpatient orthopedic conditions, which may range from musculoskeletal issues to neurological impairments. The center serves a variety of age groups, from young athletes to seniors, ensuring that you gain extensive experience across different patient demographics.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Active Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedic care.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly favorable, while new graduates with strong academic backgrounds and clinical training are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and rehabilitation software to enhance patient documentation and care.
• A record of participating in continuous professional development, such as attending workshops, seminars, and certifications relevant to physical therapy practice.
