Work Environment

You will work onsite at our bright, welcoming facility, designed for optimal patient engagement and recovery. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, establishing a steady rhythm that supports both patient treatments and team collaboration. Utilizing modern rehabilitation technologies and methodologies, our clinic is equipped to deliver evidence-based therapy with a focus on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify movement impairments and functional limitations, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities, to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics and strategies for maintaining long-term health and injury prevention after discharge.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with legal, ethical, and practice standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults seeking rehabilitation after joint replacements, athletes wanting to enhance performance, and older adults focusing on fall prevention strategies. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Current Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing education in the field of physical therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits
