Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant? If so, please continue reading. 

Currently looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to fill an opening within an outpatient facility around the Marianna, Florida area. Interested candidates should be have at least an Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion to work within an outpatient setting. Interested candidate should also have a valid PTA license and willing, or eligible, to obtain a Florida license. Very competitive compensation package, and new grads are welcomed to applied!

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

  • Open to New graduates from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant programs
  • Active Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license
  • Full-time, Direct-hire Opportunity
  • Passionate about the Outpatient setting
  • Monday - Friday schedule!


Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

  • Plan and implement treatment interventions according to patient plan of care
  • Documents daily record of patient’s condition, adapting treatment plans accordingly under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Communication of patient progress with Physical Therapist, patient, family, and interdisciplinary team
  • Patient and family education of patient progress to include skilled recommendation on AE/DME and community support where available and when appropriate
  • Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and lift/assist patients as needed
