What is a physical therapy apprentice?

A Physical Therapy Apprentice assists licensed physical therapists in treating patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. To thrive as a Physical Therapy Apprentice, you need foundational knowledge of human anatomy, basic therapeutic exercise, and a high school diploma or enrollment in a relevant program. Familiarity with therapy equipment and patient charting systems, along with CPR or first aid certification, is often required.
