As a member of the Physical Security team, our Senior Physical Security Specialist provides a secure physical environment for people and facilities across the enterprise by designing, installing, upgrading, and maintaining new and existing physical security systems including badge access, security cameras and other hardware and software applications. Collaborates with other internal divisions (Data and Technology Solutions, Information Security, Human Resources) and vendors regarding matters of physical security. Manages system reporting and provides data to internal stakeholders. Keeps current on the latest cutting-edge technologies and technics used in the Physical Security and IT fields and makes recommendations for enterprise-wide system improvements.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or similar field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience including: physical security operations leadership with oversight of Security Operations Center staff; systems operation of different types of Security Access Control, Cameras and Alarm systems software hardware and networks. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred.

PSP (ASIS Physical Security Professional) or CPP (ASIS Certified Protection Professional) certification preferred.

Must complete First Aid, CPR and AED certification within three months of start.

On call 24/7 to respond to emergencies.

Travel to locations in 5 states needed.

Expert technical skills and knowledge in Physical Security applications and Microsoft Office programs

Understands appropriate environments for physical security applications, adapts to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies and can recommend and implement new, pro-active security strategies enterprise wide

Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve system performance problems or outages

Demonstrated ability to plan, document, upgrade hardware operating systems and physical security systems, software and third party software

Ability to manage projects, recognize risks and navigate challenges with a high degree of accuracy.

Attention to detail and achieving desired results

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an efficient Security Operations Center

Capable of collaborating across teams and integrating activities with business units and IT departments to ensure the successful implementation and support for project efforts

Ability to present and communicate highly technical concepts and make recommendations verbally and in writing to all levels of business

What You Will Do at Cambia:

Manages enterprise-wide corporate physical security systems including installation, maintenance, mapping and patching for all NVRs, cameras, access panels, multiple applications, servers, data bases, network, firewalls, and scripting to integrate with other systems.

Ensures performance and stability for all physical security systems across all Cambia locations in 5 states

Provides oversight of our Security Operations Center including management of vendor security dispatch officers, updating SOC post procedures as needed, coordinating SOC functions during emergencies and interacting with emergency responders as needed.

Ensures physical security systems are documented and comply with local, state, federal requirements

Accountable for researching and solving simple to complex software issues and collaborates with vendors and other support teams to resolve product or infrastructure problems

Provides technical directions to many project teams to ensure secure Cambia facilities and Physical Security systems are responsive, align with industry best practices and are cost-effective.

Ensures rapid and efficient issue resolution for all physical security system issues

Provides input for the written Physical Security Program reviews and revisions. (i.e. Policy, Post Orders and Playbook, business plans, RFP's and budgets)

Performs incident response and follows analysis for both physical security and security systems failure root cause.

Shares technical expertise to increase team performance, gain higher compliance with industry technical standards and to make systems more efficient and sustainable.

In Washington and Oregon:The expected hiring range is$76,500.00 - $103,500.00, the full range is$72,000.00 - $117,000.00and the bonus target is10%.
