About the Role
We're hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community settings across Pasco and nearby areas. You'll implement behavior plans, track client progress, and work side-by-side with BCBAs and allied professionals to help individuals thrive.
What You'll Do

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA services in public and private school settings
  • Collect accurate data and communicate client progress
  • Assist with functional behavior assessments
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
