Weโ€™re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Designer who wants more than just production work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves seeing their work out in the real world, and is excited to grow alongside a company thatโ€™s evolving and expanding.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Design compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital)
  • Support campaigns that reach schools, families, and field representatives
  • Manage and update our WordPress website
  • Generate and analyze Google Analytics reports
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagement
  • Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production

Your work wonโ€™t sit in a folder โ€” it will be seen, used, and felt.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Associateโ€™s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 1โ€“2 years of professional or internship experience in design (print + web)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills

Preferred but not Required

  • Videography or video editing (Premiere Pro)
  • Photography experience
  • A growth mindset and desire to take ownership of projects
