Job Summary
A CADY Sales Representative connects, creates relationships, and ultimately signs business with high school leaders in their market. They are results-driven with demonstrated experience of meeting and exceeding goals. A CADY Rep is a pro at leveraging the CADY value proposition to create raving customers! While a CADY rep will stay in contact with their stakeholders via phone and email, the real magic to CADY's success is the daily in-person connection with those partners in their schools. The relationship-based approach of CADY sales creates an easy path for success in both renewals and new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new business growth within the assigned market.
  • Meet and exceed all assigned KPIs, goals, and activity expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Submit weekly activity reports supporting a strategic sales-growth plan.
  • Uphold and model CADY's mission, vision, and core values in all interactions.
  • Conduct direct sales outreach through in-person visits, scheduled meetings, and relationship-building activities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents, school leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and nurture trusted, loyal partnerships with schools and key stakeholders.
  • Attend required sales meetings, training, and conventions (area, regional, and national) to stay current on products, industry trends, and processes.
  • Regularly visit all assigned schools to increase market penetration and ensure retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for prospects and existing accounts.
  • Maintain consistent communication via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Leverage CADY's value proposition to create raving customers across the district and school network.
  • Keep CRM and administrative records updated and accurate, including notes, tasks, and next steps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Production, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure seamless delivery for clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to pass a satisfactory background check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Administrative skills which include minor data entry, email and phone communication, and experience with Google Suite
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Able to give public public presentations
  • Able to independently research, analyze, and interpret information
  • Able to prioritize tasks

Experience
  • 2+ Years of sales, account management, or comparable experience.
  • Education sales experience is a plus.
  • Successfully grew or developed sales/business opportunities consistently over the course of previous employment.
  • Responsive and dependable in communication, execution of self-appointed tasks.
  • Unafraid to work in a highly competitive market, driven primarily by relationships and value-added products.
  • Determined, focused and organized.
  • Highly independent, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A passion for helping schools, parents, and students capture and celebrate their important achievements.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; a minimum of 2 years proven sales experience or equivalent combination of education and training.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
  • Able to drive up to 8 hours per day (cumulatively) if required
  • Able to walk/move inside or outside for more than 6 hours per day if required
  • Able to move up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to complete work in moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants
