We are looking for someone who LOVES people and keeping a schedule running on time! Do you have an interest in photography, and would love to be trained in how to create amazing portraits? Is time management and kind, clear communication your expertise? Do you love talking to people? If you are good working with children and pets, we are looking for you! We will train everything you need to know to be a success!


This is a part time position. Reporting to the studio manager you'll be responsible for keeping our busy studio on schedule during client session days. You'll be responsible for greeting clients and taking them to their photographer, answering the phone and keeping the studio on schedule.


Responsibilities


Manage client appointments from greeting to exit after their session

Cheerfully keeping the studio running on time

Smiling a LOT

Preparing client images for their viewing

Qualifications


MS Office Certification a plus

Hostess / Concierge experience a plus

Effective written and verbal communication

Ability to organize anything!

Professional personal presentation
