Job description

Field Property Technician - Photos & Condition Reports

Location: Durham, NC Area


No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on field training to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.

OnSight PROSis seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team asField Property Technicians. In this role, you will visit rental homes to take detailed photos and document the condition of the property for property managers.

One of the best parts of this opportunity is the flexibility-you can set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance. While you will often work independently in the field, you will always have the support of our team.


What You'll Be Doing

Visit single-family homes to document property conditions
Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed
Provide professional and courteous customer service when on-site
Maintain confidentiality when handling property information
Perform light maintenance tasks when needed, including:
- Carrying and using ladders
- Replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters
- Fixing door stops
Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures


Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle's insurance policy
Your own insured vehicle for work use
Ability to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle
Comfortable using ladders and basic tools
Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code

Strong communication skills are REQUIRED - must be responsive and able to maintain consistent communication with the company throughout the workday
