Job description

We are a growing last-mile logistics company seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in the Indianapolis and Evansville areas. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages safely, accurately, and efficiently while providing professional service to customers.

Drivers may be assigned daily routes in Indianapolis, Evansville, or nearby delivery areas depending on route availability and operational needs. Drivers are expected to work independently, follow delivery procedures, and meet daily performance expectations.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Current hiring needs:

Indianapolis, IN: 2–3 drivers
Evansville, IN: 4–5 drivers

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $150.00 to $500.00 per day.

Compensation depends on route volume, route completion, and daily availability.

Current pay rates are competitive and currently higher than many other companies in the area.

Routes are generally well-clustered depending on daily volume and area availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pick up assigned packages from the warehouse and load them into your vehicle in an organized manner.

Deliver packages accurately and on time according to the assigned route.

Use mobile delivery applications to scan packages and upload required proof-of-delivery photos.

Follow all delivery procedures, including photo requirements and return processes.

Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Communicate with dispatch or management regarding delays, issues, or delivery exceptions.

Maintain good communication with customers when needed and provide professional service.

Return undelivered packages to the warehouse as instructed.

Maintain a professional attitude with customers and warehouse staff.

Qualifications

Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.

Valid driver’s license and legal ability to drive in the United States.

Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery, preferably an SUV, van, or similar vehicle.

Ability to lift and carry packages up to approximately 15 lbs.

Basic smartphone skills and ability to use mobile delivery applications.

Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and punctual.

Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Ability to work independently and meet daily delivery goals.
