We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration/construction industry, particularly in water and fire damage restoration. This role involves using various tools and techniques to clean, restore, and rebuild affected areas, ensuring that properties are returned to their pre-damage condition. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills to lead a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise 1–4 restoration technicians on job sites
  • Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup
  • Monitor and adjust air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and other restoration equipment
  • Complete moisture mapping, daily logs, photo documentation, and scope notes
  • Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed
  • Coordinate job progress with the office, estimators, and project managers
  • Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Train technicians on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety practices
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
  • Track equipment, materials, and supplies for each project
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
  • Drive company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, or related fields)
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform demolition
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
  • Comfort working evenings, weekends, and emergency calls as needed
