Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Manager to join our amazing company. In this role, you will be free to use your skill set to help grow your role in the company as well as help grow the company in general. This is a part time position but as business expands, your role will also expand. There is opportunity to not only get a bas salary but also to grow different aspects of the business to "make it your own". An eye for art and layout, entrepreneur spirit and self motivation is needed. It is import that you live in or near Staten Island so you can work in person in addition to working remotely. This is NOT a full time remote position. 

Responsibilities 
  • Responsibilities include:
    New customer in-take:
    Sending an introduction to the customer
    Making sure the customer sends clear ideas and interpreting emails
    Assigning the artwork to the artist or factory
    Taking finished artwork and sending it to the factory for rendering and a quote
    Showing the customer the completed rendered artwork and taking revision requests
    Working with the factory artists for revisions
    Creating quotes
    Invoicing customers
    Starting orders with the factory and following up with them on progress
    Sending tracking numbers once the orders ship
    Working on issues with customer orders and shipping delays
    Returning customer requests for reorders:
    Creating quotes
    Invoicing customers
    Starting orders with the factory and following up with them on progress
    Sending tracking numbers
    Working on issues with customer orders and shipping delays
    All these tasks will  be done in person and remotely on a schedule we come up with. You will be provided your own laptop for work purposes. Your training will need to be in person.
 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Knowledge of graphic artwork
  • Familiarity with challenge coins, lapel pins and patches.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Google Suite and basic photo manipulation
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
