***W2 only*** Position: UX Experience Designer Work Authorization: All Work Authorizations Location: Remote Contract: 12-24 months The UX designer will be responsible for front-end user interfaces for Web-based applications Collaborate with back-end developers, product owners, and customers Lead new user interface testing and usability reviews with end users Remain current on user interface trends and suggest new tools and methods as necessary Knowledge/Qualifications The candidate should also have Presentation design skills and create eye-catching, impactful content to showcase division initiatives, project updates and ideas in a well thought out manner They will partner with key internal stakeholders and other creatives to design materials that will be used across a broad range of outputs (digital, web, print) This candidate must have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of concept mock-ups, animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams Required Skills 5+ years experience in a UX role coupled with strong presentation design skill 75% of time will be spent performing UX work, 25% of time on PowerPoint presentations for executives A good artistic eye, an understanding of the creative requirements of a project, and an ability to uphold brand guidelines An ability to build creative templates, infographics and concept mock-ups (image research, photo manipulation, and art working) Effective time management skills to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate with others Detail-oriented with an ability to carefully review work Professional demeanor and an ability to take initiative Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, dynamic charts and diagrams) and clean design aesthetic #J-18808-Ljbffr
