In this role, you'll partner with outside sales and internal teams on reporting, lead research, CRM activity, and operational processes. You'll help improve workflows, support strategic decision making, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Highlights of your role
  • Support field sales operations by researching and prequalifying leads, managing data, generating reports, and coordinating activities that help teams stay organized and informed

  • Maintain and support Salesforce account and contact records, including updates to channel partners, regional initiatives, roles, responsibilities, and related CRM activities

  • Develop, document, and improve operating procedures and reports that help sales representatives and managers make aligned strategic in-market decisions

  • Prepare commercial product submittals such as test reports, product data, samples, and project resources including maintenance of the product and project photo libraries

  • Coordinate meetings, research and reserve venues for trainings, AIA events, and off-site team meetings and scheduling onsite visits.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred). All combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines independently

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Ability to learn to read and interpret construction documents and specifications

Also want to make sure you have
  • Experience working across teams and business functions to complete projects or support sales

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/365, business intelligence tools (QlikView), and basic navigation of OMS is preferred

  • Proficiency with quotes analysis tools is preferred
